HOW TO PURCHASE:

🟢 In the NOTES section at checkout, please add the name of the design which you will be licensing.

🟢 You will need to purchase a commercial license for EACH item from StefanieLovesDesign you want to use commercially for more than 100 sales.

🟢 If you want to license a previous purchased listing, include the name of the listing in the NOTES section at checkout.

🟢 There will be no document sent to you after purchasing this License. For Proof of License, please keep your order emails and receipt of purchase.

TERMS OF USE:

🔹 After purchasing the Commercial License, you get the right to use ONE of my designs/listing commercially for 101 – 1,000 sales of TANGIBLE (PHYSICAL) items only, e.g. tees, crews, hoodies, decals, mugs, tumblers, home decor, etc.

🔹 Digital sales are NOT allowed.

🔹 This License applies to 1 design. For multiple designs, multiple commercial licenses must be purchased.

🔹 License is non-transferable and non-refundable.

🔹 The purchase of this commercial license does not grant you or anyone exclusive rights to the digital files. All copyrights remain with StefanieLovesDesign.

🔹 Please DO NOT resell, distribute, copy, or reproduce any of my designs in their original or modified digital format.

🔹 Please DO NOT claim any of my designs as your own.

❌ StefanieLovesDesign reserves the right to revoke this Commercial License if any of these terms are violated.
